This is an extremely well built and easy to care for two bedroom bungalow. The accommodation comprises versatile and interchangeable living accommodation leading to a verandah with balcony above overlooking the garden and through another door, a small patio overlooking the pool.

There is a master bedroom with en-suite shower, wash basin and toilet. A door leads from the bedroom onto the verandah. There is an additional guest bedroom and an additional toilet with shower and wash basin

Hot water is provided by an 80litre Thermex water heater.

In the absence of mains electricity when the house was first built, a 12 volt lighting system (caravan lights) was installed. This is adequately served by a 12 volt 50 amp car battery which is kept charged by the standby generator whilst in use powering the swimming pool pump. At the time of writing, we are informed that mains electricity will be connected to the house any day.

The house is connected to mains water. Soiled water drainage is to a very large soak away which requires infrequent emptying under normal circumstances.
